Please confirm your appointment using the text sent before your scheduled service. Unconfirmed appointments may be canceled or moved. Deposits & Cancellations - Deposits may be required for select appointments and are NON REFUNDABLE, deposits do go toward your service total. - A valid card on file is required for ALL appointments, even if no deposit is collected. - Please provide at least 24 hours' to cancel or reschedule. - Same-day (day of appointment) cancellations and no-shows will result in a 50% FEE of the scheduled service total, charged to the card on file. Deposits already paid will be credited toward the cancellation fee. - Emergencies will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the studio’s discretion. Please arrive on time! Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled and may be subject to the same-day cancellation policy. Please DO NOT park in the driveway of the studio. Free parking is available in the lot right behind the studio! Please Come With CLEAN Lashes Please arrive with clean, makeup-free lashes. Avoid mascara, eyeliner, eyeshadow, and oil-based products around the eyes for the best results and retention! Before Your Appointment - Limit caffeine to help minimize eye movement. - Avoid high buns or ponytails that make lying flat uncomfortable. - Please do not chew gum during your service. - Remove contact lenses before your appointment. Bring glasses or a contact lens case if needed. Guests & Children Appointments are reserved for the scheduled client only. Please arrange childcare and do not bring additional guests without notice so we can maintain a safe, relaxing environment. Lash & Brow Health Your safety and the health of your natural lashes and brows come FIRST.
